Frequently Asked Questions
How is life coaching different from therapy?
Therapists and other mental health professionals may be qualified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. They also tend to focus on helping you unpack your past to understand where you are today.
As a life coach, I focus on where you are today, where you want to go, and how to get you there.
Are sessions conducted remotely or in person?
Both options are available! While I'm based in Boston and offer in-person sessions for those in the area, I also work with clients across the United States and occasionally internationally, making my coaching program accessible from anywhere.
How does the program work?
My coaching program shares a common objective with Hinge (yes, the dating app): it’s designed to be deleted.
We’ll meet one-on-one for an hour each week over the course of 12 weeks. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with 8 tools, 5 strategies, and a repeatable framework that supports lifelong mental fitness and empowers you to take control of your mental well-being.
Am I a good fit for life coaching?
If you’re feeling stuck in your personal or professional life but are ready to invest the time and energy to move forward, a life coach can help guide the way.
